There are various types of working practice that the ICT allows us to follow , they are :

 

1- Teleworking - it is a method of working which allows the employees to do their job accurately , and systematically . But Home working or Teleworking is being divided into different categories , they are :

 
* Traditional mobile workers - like representatives , and delivery drivers . Well , they recieve their instructions and information via mobile phones , fax machine or even computers , either in their homes or vehicles.
 
* Managerial and Professional staff - those who spend most of their days and times away from the base office , while working on their asked jobs , similarily , they get the instructions and infromation via phones , computers and fax machines.
 
* specialists or office support staff - those employees who take with them lot of duties and work on them.
 
* Other Workers - who operate from local centers with coputers or telecommunications , sometimes it is called as "telecottages".
 
ADVANTAGES :
1- Reduce time spent in travelling
2- Increase productivity
3-More freedom for the employees.
 
DISADVANTAGES:
1- It is not suitable for all jobs.
2- Reduce the sociality for the empolyees.
3- Health is being harmed.
 

2-Remote working: it is the work done by the employees , but away from the empolyers place business. Even the saved datas of the employees will be transferred and stored in the server of the company , which in turn the employees will be able to sign in to his of her PC and get the stored datas.

ADVANTAGES:
1-Reduced stress-levels
2-Higher job satisfaction
3-Less pollution
4-Less need for expensive office space and business utilities.
